Flakes Are Falling
Welcome to QWP Saturday Sampler Flakes Are Falling! You pay your initial fee of $25 and you will receive a free pattern and fabric for 12 blocks (one block per month 10/2025 - 9/2026) to make into a quilt top! You will need a finishing kit to complete the quilt or create your own!
The rules are as simple and as follows:

Pick up your first block on the last Saturday in October at the shop between 12:00 and 3:00. (If you start later, it is $5 for the month(s) you missed.)

Return to the shop the last Saturday of the next month between 12 and 3 with your previous month completed block to show us, make any purchase, and your next block is FREE. If your block isn’t done, you pay $5.00.

Repeat each month

If you have to miss a month, you must pick up your block and pay $5 any time after the last Saturday you missed, to continue participating.

If you have any questions regarding the construction of the block, you can come in during the month to get clarification.

You are COMMITTING to all 12 months of the Saturday Sampler. You will be expected to pay for any missed blocks, before you can participate again in the future.

At block pick up, you need to make a purchase at time of pick up OR pay an additional $5.00. It can be your live sale from that week, a fat quarter, needles, thread…any purchase.

There will be a finishing kit offering where you can purchase it in 2 or 3 payments for the background finishing fabric. We will also reserve ? yards of the light Artic Blue batik fabric for the binding.

The pattern for this year is one that has been purchased from the designer with permission for QWP to make copies for you, as a participant of this program. Please do not share or make copies for others.

At the end of the year, you will have twelve beautiful blocks to use in any way you wish. If you wish to have the finishing kit to make the quilt top, sign up by July 1st. The finishing kit will come in parts so you can start assembly earlier and so you can break up the cost of the fabrics for this part of the quilt. The finishing kit fabric matches the background fabric. Also the blue binding may be purchased when you order the finishing kit, just say…plus binding when making the reservations.

Mailing: If you would like your blocks mailed, get on the facebook live sale on the last saturday of the month and make a purchase. The block will be shipped with your order or pay $5.00 plus shipping. Groups can have them shipped together.
