Anyone registering for a class, PHD, Open Sew, etc must pay in order to officially be registered. This is to prevent an empty seats.

The policy is that you can cancel 7 days ahead for a refund or exchange, or after that, find someone to fill your spot. Thank you everyone for your constant support and understanding!!!
